Employment Associate – Norwich PQE: NQ-4 years | A top-tier Legal 500-ranked Employment team is seeking a driven and commercially minded Employment Solicitor to join their Norwich office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a nationally recognised team advising a diverse portfolio of clients across the commercial and public sectors. The Role You’ll be advising a broad range of employers—from SMEs and mid-market businesses to large international organisations—on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role also includes supporting clients in the education and government sectors. Key responsibilities include: Advising on day-to-day HR and employment law issues Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings Participating in business development initiatives The Ideal Candidate You will be a qualified solicitor with up to 4 years’ PQE and a genuine enthusiasm for employment law. You should have: Strong experience advising on employment law matters Excellent drafting and communication skills A proactive, team-oriented approach Experience supporting corporate transactions (desirable) Why Apply?
