Plot Sales Paralegal Location: Warwick Salary: £28,000 Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Company: The client is a growing commercial property law firm based in Warwick. The legal team is growing due to increased work and are looking to recruit a new build Plot Sales Paralegal. Role Overview: The client is recruiting a Plot Sales Paralegal to join a specialist team that acts for property developers on off-plan residential plot sales. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing documentation for new build plot sales Supporting Solicitors on the sale of off-plan residential units Communicating with developers, buyers' Solicitors and internal teams Monitoring completions and maintaining accurate transaction records Contributing to efficient team operations and processes Participating in training and development opportunities What’s on Offer?
