Senior Business Analyst London based 3x a week Up to £75,000 About the Role I'm looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering strategic transformation initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive impact across systems, processes, data, and people. This isn’t just another BA role — you’ll be leading analysis for enterprise-level initiatives, defining best practices, and mentoring junior analysts. You’ll be empowered to challenge norms, recommend innovative approaches, and contribute directly to shaping the organisation’s future through technology. What You’ll Be Doing End-to-End Business Analysis Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement Solution Design Support Strategic Thinking & Roadmap Planning Testing & Quality Assurance What You’ll Bring Core Experience: Proven success leading business analysis on large-scale transformation initiatives involving process, technology, data, and organisational change. Strong expertise in writing user stories, functional specs, use cases, and working within Agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to connect the dots between business needs and technology solutions across enterprise platforms. Desirable Skills: Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS), Workday, Salesforce, Tableau, or Snowflake. Familiarity with metadata, particularly in rights management or the music/media industry. Knowledge of SQL or data modelling, and working with APIs and microservices. Exposure to AI/ML implementations or Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
