What the job involves As a Repairs Surveyor, you will ensure that a high-quality surveying service is provided for Housing Services. You will be responsible for delivering and monitoring a responsive repairs service, conducting inspections, accurately diagnosing complex repairs, and providing specifications for repairs. Your work will involve liaising with repair contractors, conducting quality checks, and providing technical expertise. You'll also resolve disputes and collaborate on projects, all while maintaining a focus on safeguarding principles and adherence to relevant legislation.
