What will you do? Publisher Acquisition Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals for MyChips Offerwall. Account Management Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance our market presence. What will you need? At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within the offerwall rewarded industry. Fluency in English and Chinese. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a proven track record of successfully securing and managing publisher partnerships. Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. Ability to create and analyze forecasts and craft strategies that lead to successful campaigns. Strong analytical skills, including extensive hands-on experience with Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Creative thinker and effective communicator, able to use data to inform decisions. A fast learner with a reliable, can-do attitude and a passion for learning. We offer a permanent contract.
