Offerta To lead the Customer Service team and organize all activities needed; To maintain a strong network with all internal and external stakeholders; Ensure a correct handling on all sales administration processes (sales quotes, sales orders, tender files, invoicing) Give support to the supporting and technical teams in case necessary; Maintain, follow-up and approve special customer requests and give support to audit teams (internal and external); To work in close cooperation with Sales Excellence Manager for all pricing related topics; To ensure a consistent utilization of the CRM tool. Competenze ed esperienza Business degree and at least 4 years of relevant B2B experience; Good knowledge of English (B2/C1); Good knowledge of ERP and CRM. Completa l'offerta Good job opportunity.
