Responsibilities Corporate support: Drafting minutes of the BOD of Trina Solar (Spain) Systems (TSSS) and its subsidiaries, coordinating notary signings of POA´s mainly granted by the directors of TSSS and its subsidiaries and for José María as director of other entities of the group abroad, Commercial Registry submissions for TSSS and its subsidiaries and also support to legalize and apostille POA´s for other entities of the group where the directors of TSSS in Spain are directors too. Legal support to BD Spain in the greenfield and brownfield developments on a daily bases. Review of lease agreements, easements, renew of lease agreements. Reach agreements with other developers to construct common electric infrastructures. Compliance matters. Support in structuring the compliance committee, in defining its rules and implementing the whistle Blower Channel. Support also in managing the relation with the compliance advisor: Review of NDAs for Spain and UK Review and support the Company for the execution of services agreements of TSSS and of UK entities Legal Archive management. Update and continuing the archive. Qualifications 2 or 3 years of practice.Not necessarily in the renewable energy sector but it would be a factor to consider positively. Law degree，Master's degree for access to the legal profession Organization, commitment, eagerness to learn, enthusiasm for teamwork.
