We provide high-quality sales, preventative maintenance, rentals, and fleet renewal services to help businesses optimize their operations. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven Account Executives to drive revenue, build relationships, and help expand our market presence. Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated and outgoing Salesperson to engage with customers, generate leads, and close deals. This hybrid role involves a mix of inbound and outbound sales efforts, face-to-face meetings, and virtual presentations via Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with the ambition to grow into a leadership role. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions, including material handling products, refurbished EVs, rentals, preventative maintenance, and fleet renewal services. Meet with prospective and existing clients virtually (via Teams) and in person to present products and services, conduct demonstrations, and follow up. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Support outside sales efforts by scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-ups, and closing deals to drive business growth. Marketing & Lead Generation Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, and social media outreach. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. Process & Sales Growth Management Establish and refine sales processes for efficiency and consistency. Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment and/or in technical, industrial, or material handling markets preferred. Proven ability to initiate, manage, and close sales, both remotely and in person. Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with leadership potential. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising is a plus. A customer-first mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
