Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading residential developer is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their PLC housing team. Key Responsibilities: * Managing cost control across residential projects from pre-construction through to final accounts * Preparing accurate reports, forecasts, and cost estimates * Managing subcontractor procurement and payments * Ensuring all commercial activities align with company policies and procedures * Supporting junior surveyors and reporting to the Commercial Manager Requirements: * Proven experience in a quantity surveying role within the housebuilding sector * Strong working knowledge of COINS software is essential * Commercially astute with excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail This is a great opportunity to join a well-structured and people-focused organisation with a reputation for delivering quality homes while investing in long-term partnerships and sustainable development
