This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established territory that includes Worcestershire to the Southwest and South Wales – with a strong existing customer base, especially in aerospace. What You'll Be Doing Building lasting relationships with customers – from new prospects to long-standing clients Driving growth by identifying opportunities and introducing new products Collaborating with technical experts, marketing, and inside sales to deliver complete solutions Managing your pipeline in Salesforce and staying organised with your own schedule Supporting and growing partnerships with local distributors (3–4 active today) Providing hands-on product demos and crafting proposals that close deals What We're Looking For ✅ Proven B2B sales experience – ideally in technical, engineering, or industrial sectors ✅ A proactive, growth mindset – you're driven and love a challenge ✅ Strong communication and presentation skills ✅ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) ✅ Based within the territory and holding a valid UK driving licence ⭐ Bonus Points For: Engineering background or qualification Experience managing a regional territory Knowledge of general industry sectors (e.g. manufacturing, aerospace) Tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot) What’s In It For You?
