What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a General Manager in QSR or Casual Dining. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent understanding of P&L, cost control, stock, and rota management. A real passion for customer service and leading by example. Calm and confident under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the site.
