Home based Property Manager – Eastbourne portfolio – Up to £44k Our client is an established, independent national managing agent overseeing a substantial number of leasehold flats within blocks across estates UK wide. As a result of both portfolio growth and staff promotion, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows: * Working home based (4 days per week) overseeing a portfolio of blocks situated within (and close to) Eastbourne. * Visiting sites regularly, taking ownership of resident issues and seeing matters through to completion. * Working with Head office to oversee/implement service charge budgets, buildings insurance and any major works as required * Communicating regularly and professionally with key clients / resident directors to ensure satisfaction with the property management service provided * First line resident queries and basic accounting questions dealt with by a dedicated team at head office (freeing up the successful property manager / block manager’s time to deal with complex matters/site visits) Suitable Property Manager applicants will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, full leasehold management exposure and a track record of key client retention. Remuneration for the successful Property Manager will range from £40k to £44k (depending on experience and qualification) with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on performance and tenure.
