Responsibilities of the Fostering Social Worker: The Fostering Social Worker will be joining their Kinship and Post Order Support Team. You will be completing assessments and write reports for kinship care placements and special guardianship applications. You will also work closely with kinship carers, adoptive parents, children, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
