HR Operation Manager

An opportunity has come available for a HR Operation Manager to set up a small HR division within an ambitious Engineering Consultancy near Waterloo. As the HR Operation Manager, you will be the first of its kind to be brought into the business of 85 staff and be involved in the strategic growth plan to double headcount. You will be working closely with the founding directors, situated within a vibrant office, assisting on all HR matters, assisting in client relations, finance control, implementing new processes, setting up and administering a company healthcare system etc. This is a HR Operation Manager evolving position with an opportunity to develop in multiple areas aligning to the candidate's aspirations.
