Responsibilities • Wills• Administration of estates• Lasting powers of attorney • Court of Protection matters• Managing elderly clients’ financial affairs• Inheritance tax issues• Drafting trust documents • Probate The Candidate • Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two up to four years’ PQE• Solid experience in private client matters gained within a reputable firm• Excellent client care skills• Empathetic approach• Ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language The Firm Our client is a highly regarded and well-established legal practice with a network of offices throughout East Anglia.
