Jeavio - UX Designer - Human Computer Interaction

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences for our digital products. Responsibilities : - Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality. - Design and iterate user interfaces that align with business goals and provide an exceptional user experience. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive design vision. - Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. - Use data and user feedback to refine and improve designs over time. - Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team. Requirements : - Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and results. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards. - Experience with wire-framing, prototyping, and user testing tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively. - A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Mandatory Skills : - UI Design best practices. - UX Designing tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator. - Creating user flows, wireframes, Sitemap, mockups and interactive prototypes. Nice to have Skills : - Understanding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular. - Experience with User Research Methodologies and usability testing. - Knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Knowledge of UX metrics and how to measure the effectiveness of designs.
