Kinaxis Developer - RapidResponse Platform

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis RapidResponse configurations. - Provide consulting support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Kinaxis solutions. - Work closely with clients in the supply chain domain to ensure solution effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. - Participate in software development and integration initiatives related to supply chain planning and management. - Support IT staffing and resourcing teams in identifying and deploying Kinaxis experts as needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while maintaining documentation and best practices. - Stay up to date with the latest Kinaxis features and supply chain planning trends. Qualifications & Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT services and consulting environments. - Strong background in software development, including analysis and solution design. - Experience or familiarity with Kinaxis RapidResponse is a significant advantage. - Prior involvement in staffing solutions or resource management is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : - Kinaxis RapidResponse certification (if available). - Experience in supply chain planning or ERP systems. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
