Job Description : We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior React.js Developer to take on a key role in our development team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in building and maintaining web applications using React.js, and a strong understanding of front-end : - Develop and Maintain : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable web applications using React.js. - Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and user experience. - Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Best Practices : Implement best practices for front-end development, including testing, debugging, and code reviews. - Architecture : Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and systems, ensuring scalability and robustness. - Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. - Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in the application. - Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for development processes, codebases, and technical specifications. Requirements : - Experience : 5 years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js. - Technical Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries. - React Expertise : Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, including hooks, context API, and state management. - Tools : Experience with version control systems (e.g. , Git), build tools (e.g. , Webpack), and testing frameworks (e.g. , Jest, React Testing Library). - Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. - Communication : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
