The role of Order Control Agent is essential to the smooth operation and delivery of furniture to our customers. The Order Control Agent is responsible for printing and updating manifests for delivery, making last minute changes, finalizing delivery schedules and working with customers when an item is not readily available for delivery. Because our goal of delivering furniture quickly is so much a part of our commitment to our customers, this role is vital to maintaining customer satisfaction by working with customers to get unavailable product scheduled for delivery, AND making sure that the customer is satisfied with the solution!
This opportunity will be perfect for an entry level professional looking to get their foot in the door here at Rooms To Go! The qualified candidate must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong customer service skills. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and strong time management skills are required. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus! Considered candidates should have solid computer skills, as well as some previous clerical or administrative experience. Prior customer service or warehouse experience is a definite plus!
