Jitterbit is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, passionate and tech savvy product marketer to develop and execute our go-to-market efforts. You will be our expert on buyers, how they buy and their criteria for buying. You will own competitive analysis and the creation of sales enablement tools that position Jitterbit to dominate the cloud integration market. This role requires a broad skill-set that includes driving product positioning, pricing, promotion and competitive strategy. You have an eye for quality along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into crisp, clear business-oriented benefits. You work enthusiastically in a team environment with colleagues inside and outside the immediate team to achieve company and marketing goals.
Work with product management, sales, services, solutions and executive team to prioritize market needs, product roadmaps, and investment to exceed business goals.
Create messaging and positioning which are based on defensible differentiators in our people, process, and technology.
Enable our sales team to articulate the differentiated story of Jitterbit’s solutions.
Discover and document value drivers for Jitterbit’s products and measure them with current customers and partners.
Research and understand the competitive landscape and develop battle card collateral.
Drive new product introduction and launch activities in collaboration with product management including pricing strategies, product collateral, campaigns and internal enablement.
Build a broad mix of collateral to evangelize Jitterbit including data sheets, whitepapers, presentations and collaborate with content marketing to build dynamic educational materials.
Participate and support our press and analyst programs.
Tell inspiring customer stories with a focus on business value and transformation through Jitterbit’s experts and solutions.
Coordinate with demand generation and field marketing to translate programs and strategies into measurable pipeline and closed revenue.
10+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 4 years in Cloud B2B markets
Strong knowledge of one or more enterprise software ecosystems such as ServiceNow, Workday, BMC, etc.
Very strong written communication skills
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
Strong business judgment backed by quantitative and analytical thinking
Creative marketing instincts and exceptional execution abilities
Desire and willingness to run fast, iterate faster and take calculated risks to innovate.
Keep up with and drive the fast pace of a rapidly growing startup and own your domain
Ability to coalesce and parse through numerous ideas and thoughts with your own viewpoints to create meaningful marketing outputs
A self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Prior integration experience highly desired, but not required
