The overall duty of this role is to consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience while adding value to the sales team. Other duties include; but are not limited to:

  • Absorb and retain product knowledge
  • Meeting and making a connection with customers
  • Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Attend training and leadership development meetings
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially or personally
  • Create brand awareness, demonstrate product knowledge & product enthusiasm

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be...

  • Sales savvy, with at least 1 year of sales experience
  • Able to problem solve: with a plethora of different brands at our disposal, there is no 'one-size-fits-all'.
  • Humorous: Seriously. We like to have fun, and keep things light and exciting
  • Adaptable: The tech industry is changing and growing every day; you must be able to roll with the punches and adjust to changes quickly
