Overview
Blooming Glen Contractors, Inc., a partner of The H&K Group, Inc., is looking for an experienced Construction Party Chief to join our survey department. Multiple positions and locations are looking to be filled. At H&K our Party Chiefs are responsible for the setup and construction layout of a multitude of different projects including; Heavy Highway, commercial, residential, structures, and water treatment facilities. Our Survey Team is not only responsible for the general layout of our projects but to work with project management to apply best site development practices to ensure Quality Control throughout the life of our projects. Our Survey department will provide you with the latest technology the Survey industry has to offer including; 3D Machine Control, Data acquisition via drone and scanners, Survey and modeling software, Robotic and GNSS hardware. The H&K survey department exclusively leverages Trimble equipment and software for daily operations.

Responsibilities
Duties, and Responsibilities Include:
- Ability to develop and manage projects from initial setup of survey control, to general layout and maintaining quality control, to final closeout as-builts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under the guidance of department supervisor.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to train and develop employees working under their supervision.
- Proficient with Trimble survey equipment and software.
