Working at the intersection of technology, markets, and policy, BRG energy consultants help clients innovate to address opportunities and challenges presented by declining costs for renewable and storage technologies, volatile costs of primary energy, increasing climate awareness and regulation, and growing use of energy efficient technologies and distributed energy resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform capability assessments to determine the current level of business process maturity and assist clients in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Assist clients related to the gathering of functional/technical requirements as well as the selection and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Analyze performance of large complex construction projects and develop predictive analytics related to cost, schedule, progress, and risk.
  • Analyze data related to asset performance and develop strategies to improve reliability and prevent equipment failure.
  • Periodically fill key operational roles on for clients to drive performance improvement.
  • Effectively collaborate with teammates across the firm, industry and/or product partners, and clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil engineering preferred), construction management or a related field;
  • Minimum two (2+) years of engineering/construction/operations related experience;
  • Demonstrated experience working on major construction projects or in key operations roles;
  • Demonstrated experience in business and strategic planning and managing client relationships;
  • Familiarity with key technology solutions related to enterprise project management or enterprise asset management;
  • Ability to create and deliver client service work that exceeds client expectations; and
  • Strong project management skills.
