Director of Construction

Director of Construction - Multi-Family Division Mosaic Development, located in St. Petersburg, FL is a seeking an individual that is self-motivated and eager to take on an exciting new venture. The individual must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in multifamily construction management and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or similar in experience, Must have experience and ability to create budgets for projects up to $70M. Experience in site work management. Experienced in hiring and managing architects, engineers, and general contractors. Proficient in reading blueprints and civil drawings. Proficient in scheduling software.
