An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to become part our newly formed internal resourcing function. You will be responsible for providing resourcing and administrational support to the recruitment team for all hiring activity in the division.

Building an in-depth understanding of the recruitment processes, systems, sourcing methods and talent requirements, you will have the ability to establish close effective relationships with the recruitment team and relevant internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate a genuine passion for recruitment.

What being a Recruitment Co-Ordinator involves:

  • Provide hands on resourcing and administrational support to the recruitment team
  • Partner with the recruitment team to determine and anticipate hiring needs
  • Help with the creation execution of innovative and robust recruitment campaigns
  • Identify exceptional external and internal talent, and manage passive relationships and talent pools in anticipation of future needs
  • Establish strong and effective selection standards, assisting in introducing robust assessment tools as needed
  • Promote and champion a universally excellent candidate experience, working with recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure consistency of process, and good perception of our external employer brand
  • Manage candidate and job data within our systems in an accurate, timely and compliant manner

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

Skills and Qualities you'll need:

  • Previous recruitment co-ordination and resourcing experience of white-collar professionals in a financial, professional or business services environment

  • Must have experience building effective internal and external relationships

  • Ideally experience utilising an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tracking and managing candidates

  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple recruitment exercises and projects to a high standard

  • Ideally, experience in sourcing and managing talent pools via CRM systems

  • Ideally, experience in administering candidate testing
