 Project Specialist

The Project Specialist drives the successful outcomes of client maintenance projects in support of their existing installation. This role is critical in maintaining a healthy system that can support an ongoing relationship between Intelerad and their clients.

The Project Specialist will be accountable for providing operational support to our clients, including:

  • Management of small projects in the PMO Team, including Management of small software implementation projects
  • Coordination of server evergreening projects by managing the planning and updates to clients
  • Chair and review meetings
  • Preparation and execution of full PACS upgrade and full release update
  • There are also some administration support to the PMO

For each project, the Project Specialist will:

  • Receive project scope, pricing, and customer details from Sales or Account Manager
  • Manage communications between the client and Intelerad
  • Formulate an implementation and roll-out strategy with the client
  • Be responsible for project planning, risk management and problem- solving
  • Liaise with other internal and external parties participating in the project
  • Manage P&L for the project
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders

Desired Skills

  • Approximately 1-3 years managing projects, desirably technical and/or software implementations
  • PRINCE2 or similar accreditation (e.g. PMP) is highly desired
  • Previous experience working directly with customers and other vendors
  • Knowledge of Intelerad's products
  • Knowledge of Intelerad's existing client base
  • Previous industry experience (e.g.: Radiology, PACS, RIS, medical imaging equipment, etc.)
  • Experience with medical imaging equipment (e.g. modalities, film printers/digitisers, high-resolution medical monitors, etc.)
